Four years ago, Hurricane Katrina, the worst natural disaster in American history, devastated the Gulf Coast and South Mississippi. The winds and waves of the storm wiped away 80 miles of coastline, obiliterating more than 60,000 homes. Governor Haley Barbour implemented a comprehensive recovery plan to restore what was lost and rebuild the Gulf Coast back bigger and better than ever.
