The Governor was first to sign this special made "Katrina Chopper," designed by Bill Bacell and Phillip Boler, owner of Oasis Cycles in Brandon, and handpainted by Paul Miller. The motorcycle will be auctioned off to raise money for hurricane recovery efforts along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
