Mark IV Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

Amherst, N. Y., August 15, 2000 -- Mark IV Industries, Inc. (NYSE: IV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company's regular quarterly cash dividend of 6-1/4 cents per share for the quarter ended August 31, 2000. The dividend will be payable on September 8, 2000, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2000.
