(NYSE: IV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company's regular quarterly cash dividend of 6-1/4 cents per share for the quarter ended May 31, 2000. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2000, to shareholders of record at the close business on June 18, 2000.
