GOVERNOR BARBOUR APPOINTS HUDSPETH TO BOARD OF COMMUNITY AND JUNIOR COLLEGES


Governor Haley Barbour has announced the reappointment of Henry B. Hudspeth of Louisville to the Mississippi State Board for Community and Junior Colleges. He represents the Third Congressional District.

“Henry’s experience and leadership roles make him the ideal candidate for this position,” Governor Barbour said. “He shares a commitment to improving the quality of our state’s workforce through higher education.

Hudspeth is the president of Hudspeth Construction Company Inc. He has served on the East Central Community College Board of Trustees for 28 years and has served as the board’s chairman for 10 years. Hudspeth is a past member and President of the Louisville Rotary Club. Currently, he serves on the Momentum Mississippi Board and the Louisville Utility Board.

A lifetime resident of Louisville, Hudspeth graduated from Louisville High School and East Central Community College. He and his wife, Faye, have two children, Cully Hudspeth and Allyson Kinard.
